Student Activities for Climate Processes:

1.            Construct a conceptual model (using causal loop diagrams) of key feedbacks in the climate-carbon cycle system and their relevant timescales.  Identify data sources that constrain the timescales and rates of different key processes.  

2.            Identify or construct a model of the global carbon cycle and interpret it, distinguishing between stocks and flows.

3.            Identify or construct a model of the global energy balance and interpret it, distinguishing between stock and flows.
